NASPO 2025
Elevate’s Business Development Manager, Dr. Robert Hendricks, attended NASPO’s 2025 annual conference in Las Vegas. Hosted at the iconic Caesars Palace over three days, this event included procurement representatives and professionals from state, departmental, and local governments as well as suppliers of all types. In total 53 states and territories participated.
NASPO had a full schedule of presentations and panels to discuss modern procurement process and technology, fantastic inspirational speakers and great guided small group engagement meetings. The highlight of the conference was the 24 one-on-one meetings offered between suppliers and procurement officers.
This NASPO Exchange was so large that the Keynote Address by Ms. Holly Ransom, Chief Executive Officer of Emergent Global, and inspirational talk by Mr. Josh Linkner, Serial Entrepreneur, New York Times Bestselling Author, and Venture Capital Investor, was hosted in the iconic Colosseum of Caesars Palace, a site typically reserved for large sporting events and concerts. NASPO really pulled out the stops and created an atmosphere that fit in with the host city of Las Vegas.
It was not all fun and games, NASPO kept the attendees busy. The conduction of 24 one-on-one meetings required immense planning on NASPO’s part, a huge facility from Caesars Palace, and lots of energy from the procurement and suppliers. While this portion of the conference was invaluable, I think I speak for all involved when I saw we were tired when it was over.
Thank you again to all of NAPSO for great opportunity to meet the valuable folks in our government’s procurement offices, the ability to learn from these people, and we look forward to Exchange 2026 in Disneyworld.
